With her masterful techniques, Carole is proud to not only have a wide range of clients from Miami, but from all over the world as well; traveling from Canada, Colombia, Honduras, Jamaica, and many other countries around the globe to get her explicit and distinct expertise on hair and style.
Born in Canada, where she began her career, Carole quickly rose through the beauty industry by training with Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, and other renowned stylists from around the world. By developing her skillset further in Paris, London, and LA, Carole has mastered that “personal touch”, and maintains a philosophy that is all about the individual look.
In addition to all of her many accomplishments, Carole is now a solid member of the Paul Mitchell family. She is not only established as a Paul Mitchell focus salon, but Carole has also attended a large number of Paul Mitchell training events and business summits.
Carline has always been intrigued by beauty and fashion. However, she never thought she would actually be a part of the beauty industry. As she went on in life, she earned her Bachelors Degree and later joined the U.S. Army. While in the military, she earned two Masters Degrees, but something was still missing. To fill in that void, upon her honorable discharge, this studious Army Vet joined Paul Mitchell the School Miami where she studied Cosmetology. A month after graduation, she received her Cosmetology license and immediately started working as a stylist at Sheer Bliss Salon & Spa. While working at Sheer Bliss, Carline attended Florida College of Natural Health where she became a Paramedical Esthetician.
In January 2016, she joined the Salon Carole Flamant’s team as the Front Desk Manager. She takes great pride in giving undivided attention with the most professional care for every guest’s needs, with a beautiful and welcoming smile. This wonderful lady does not put any limit on herself. She believes no position is too high or too low for her and no matter where she finds herself in life, she can always learn, grow, and make a difference.
Jennifer Rae Almodovar is a native of New York, raised in Massachusetts, and moved to Miami in January 2016. She studied cosmetology for 4 years at Putnam Vocational Technical High School; her career in the beauty industry began in 2008. Jennifer’s primary focus has been to master a variety of highlighting, coloring, and cutting techniques that include balayage, vivid colors, and texturized haircuts. She also specializes in keratin and olaplex treatments.
In her eight years of experience, Jennifer has learned that this profession is all about making the world, also known as her clients, a more beautiful place. She is a fun, kind-hearted, and encouraging person in life as well as with her work! She makes it her priority to seek after the newest trends and techniques and share them with her clients.
Marilyn is a Paul Mitchell National Educator. She started her journey at the Paul Mitchell the School Miami 5 years ago. Since then, she has mastered a wide range of creative coloring, cutting, and styling. However, her specialty is color. She is extremely passionate in creating beautiful color schemes using both classic and modern techniques.
Marilyn believes continuing education in this industry is a must and with that mindset, she has continued her advanced education with Paul Mitchell. Every year, she attends The Gathering, which is a global educational event in Las Vegas. She also attends the Hawaii Seminar, the Madrid Global Gathering, the Color Symposium in Puerto, and many more.
When she’s not behind the chair, this talent spends her time as a Paul Mitchell National Educator. As an educator she shares her knowledge and passion through education with fellow hairdressers.

Nury’s enigmatic and lively nature will definitely pull you in! Through new trends in education, she uses her extensive knowledge and relentless embrace to help stylists from all over the world gain confidence and power in the Beauty Industry. Nury has been an Educator for 22 years and a hairdresser for 25. She is a true artist who believes that Imagination=creation and that can take you everywhere.
Nury is well known for creating awesome hair from funky to constructive at such events as Sundance Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, and Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim South Beach. Nury is also mentioned in “Behind the Chair” as 1 of the top 100 colorists in the world.

Lisandra graduated from The Paul Mitchell School Miami in 2011. Since then she has continued to build on her skill set through continuing education, through seeking superior training, and through keeping up with the latest industry techniques and trends.
Lisandra strongly believes that she has one of the most enjoyable jobs in the world. She feels fortunate to be able to explore her creativity on a daily basis, while making her guests feel better about themselves. The most rewarding part of Lisandra’s day is having the power to positively impact somebody’s day.
Although she enjoys all aspects of the beauty industry, Lisandra’s passion and specialty lie in color/color correction services, hairstyling, and makeup artistry. She is committed to excellence and to consistently delivering on her client’s needs and wants, even after they leave the salon; she teaches and helps her guests to recreate their desired look outside of the salon.
Ramses Roque has always been fascinated by fashion and inspired by designers like Balmain, Balenciaga, Gaultier because of their understanding of balance and structure. He began his career in 2003 when he attended Paul Mitchell The School. Later, he undertook an intensive two-year training program at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Miami Beach where he became greatly skilled in precision haircutting. Ramses loves structure and attention to detail; he believes that in order to be creative, you must love what you do. This artist is also very skilled in European hair-coloring techniques like Balayage (free hand technique), Ombre, and color correction.
